His Plan
Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
God has an amazing plan for every one of us. But sometimes that can be difficult to remember because we also have plans for ourselves. Jeremiah reminds us that we can trust God’s plan because He knows what is best for us. This craft is a simple way to compare the plans we have for ourselves with the plans God has for us, and to remind us that even when we can’t see the whole picture, we can trust Him.
Supplies:
A piece of paper/ small piece of cardboard
Glue
Markers
Some small object that is pretty (shells, hearts, stars, glitter, etc)
Directions:
Lay the piece of paper sideways
Draw a line down the middle
On the left side, label it at the bottom "your plan"
On the right side, label it at the bottom "God's plan"
Glue only one or a very small amount of your pretty item on the "your plan" side
Glue a very big amount of your pretty item on the "God's plan" side
All done!
